We will do all we can to help you within the limitations of Twitter, even if it does take slightly more than 140 characters. However, if your question is too complex, or it’s an emergency, then you can make an appointment. Contact us to make an appointment. A “Remote Support” incident is $25, although if you’re in the Tulsa metro area we can also set up an on site visit.

Addendum

Please keep in mind that this service is free of charge and handled in our spare time throughout the day. We will answer all questions in the order they come in and do our best to get to them ASAP, but some days may be faster or slower than others.
