Free Initial Consultation
This is a two-hour free consultation. We will go over your current setup, what needs you want addressed, and will either make recommendations on site or use the data to come up with a plan moving forward.
On Site Support
On Site Support is where we come to you for any number of reasons. Whether you’re having a hardware or software issue you need help with, setting up backup and recovery, software training, or getting your smartphone syncing with your contacts and email. On Site Support is usually preceded by a free consultation unless you find yourself in an emergency.
Pickup/Drop-Off
Sometimes working on site just isn’t feasible. If you would rather we pick up your computer and then return it to you when fixed, no problem. Turn around is usually 24 hours.
Remote Support
If you’re not in the Tulsa metro area or if the problem can be solved just as easily remotely we can setup an appointed for a remote support incident. Remote support is also great for performing maintenance tasks without nickel and diming your pocketbook.
