Infinity IT On Call

Infinity IT On Call services are designed to give you peace of mind in knowing that you have someone to call when those questions and unexpected problems arise without having to worry about the details.

We offer monthly support plans so that you know you can call without being nickeled and dimed every time you pick up the phone. The On Call plan has three levels to suit your needs best.

On Call

Up to four 30 minute remote support calls per month and a 5% discount on additional services.

Help is just a phone call away. Many basic support tasks can be performed remotely. We will guide you through to a solution over the phone or control your machine using a secure remote desktop application. If the problem is too complex to resolve remotely we can set up an on-site visit and the call won’t deduct from the monthly allotment. (Four remote support calls are regularly $100.0).

On Call Pro

Everything in the standard On Call package, plus one 2 hour on-site visit when needed and the discount on additional services increases to 10%.

In additional to the standard On Call level of support, if you do require an on-site visit to resolve an issue up to two hours is included at no additional charge. (A two-hour on site visit is regularly $100).

On Call Unlimited

Unlimited calls, unlimited visits, unlimited hours.

I’ll provide as much remote or on-site service and support as needed to keep things top-notch. This pricing is valid for individuals and small businesses with less than 4 computers or devices. Support for additional computers or devices is available, rates vary depending on size and scope.
